Rosie's Choice a drama about life on the canals in the 1930s and 40s, by Wendy Freer

Leave! a light-hearted comedy by Mark Taylor

Murder on the Maplewell Express a spoof silent movie by students of Maplewell Hall School.
This will be followed by a short Behind the Scenes film about the making of Murder on the Maplewell Express by Bill Newslinger.

Widely considered to be one of the best ever Abba Tribute Acts,
they play to packed theatres and festivals throughout Europe.
A stunning stage show, which combines costume changes,
lighting effects and a faithful reproduction of the Abba sound.

A great evening's entertainment is guaranteed for all age ranges.

The band are making their first ever appearance in Ashby De La Zouch,
so please book your tickets early, in order not to miss out on what promises to be a great night out,

The Venture Theatre is owned and run by Ashby Dramatic Society (ADS). Both the theatre and the Society are self-funding and receive no grants or subsidies although a capital grant from the National Lottery in 1995 helped to refurbish the building. How we use cookies

The auditorium has an intimate atmosphere with tiered seating for 112 people or 90 when seated cabaret style. The bar offers a substantial range of drinks including wines, spirits, soft drinks, beers, lagers and cask-conditioned ales. Prices are comparable to local pubs.
