Terry Pratchett takes Shakespeare's Macbeth and turns it up 'till the knobs come off!. It's all here - a wicked duke, an even more wicked duchess, the ghost of a murdered king, a blasted heath, an all-knowing fool, stupid
soldiers, strolling players, plays within plays, truths within lies and a
land in peril. And who stands between the kingdom and destruction? Three witches, of course. But these are three witches like you've never seen

Granny Weatherwax - witches don't usually have leaders but if they did, she certainly would be one.

Nanny Ogg - fifteen children from her three official marriages!

Magrat Garlick - the youngest of the trio, very much the apprentice but frightfully keen.

It's not quite Shakespeare but this play would have even the Bard giggling in his grave! Terry Pratchett turns the world's most famous tragedy on its head and transforms it into an hysterical comedy with elements of fantasy, pantomime and laughs galore for old, young and those inbetween.
